Tony DiCamillo - General Manager & Senior Vice President
Tony is responsible for daily activities of all operations reporting to the company Board of Directors.
DiCamillo is accountable for executing operational objectives, building
client relationships and for the overall success and delivery of our product and
services to our clients. He has extensive experience implementing customer care
and quality control processes that are critical to client satisfaction. As a
result, ExtremeTix’s client renewal rate is consistently at or above 96%.
DiCamillo has played an instrumental part in the design and implementation of
ExtremeTix’s technology. Part of his continuous role is to identify and
communicate customer needs as they relate to new system features and enhancements.
Previously, DiCamillo held similar positions with the Houston Rockets and SMG
group accumulating over 18 years of related experience. DiCamillo holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Houston Baptist
University. He is an active member of The International Ticketing Association
and The Greater Houston Area Ticketing Association.
Tony enjoys spending time with his family in particular watching his
daughter play volleyball and basketball.

Keith Rudy – Chief Financial Officer
Keith Rudy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience and a proven track record in small to medium sized organizations. He has provided financial and management leadership with direct P&L responsibility and worked as part of executive teams to develop and implement strategies for raising capital from public and private sources. Specifically, this includes:
• Initial public offerings
• Private placements
• Mergers
Rudy has managed organizations to successfully increase sales and streamline operations. He has led $20 million operations in professional and technical services companies, including his assignment as head of Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regional operations for a leading Internet systems integrator. In his role as a regional director of operations, Rudy was responsible for all aspects of our P&L including sales leadership, financial and cost management, human resource development and key account management.He has developed national practices for professional services organizations. These included service offerings to exploit new technologies for deploying large-scale enterprise resource planning software packages using emerging Internet technologies. Rudy successfully led a team that supported a well-known package delivery company with efforts to deploy PeopleSoft to 140,000 employees worldwide.As Chief Financial officer of ExtremeTix, Inc, he is responsible for:

Vinh Mai - Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Vinh is responsible for development, delivery and supporting, all technology components of the company’s products and services. He is tasked with providing industry best operational service levels, product innovation, system & data security and development of client and consumer centric systems.
Vinh brings to ExtremeTix nearly 20 years of hands-on and senior management experience in Technology including a myriad successful major projects and key initiatives. Mai’s experiences span a broad range of disciplines, including software development methodologies, project & performance management, data modeling, and data/application architecture. Key areas of expertise include; network infrastructure, multi-tier architectures, systems security, mobile technology and data encryption. Proven technical, administrative and managerial skills make Vinh a key player on the ExtremeTix Senior Management Team.
Prior to joining ExtremeTix in 2001, Mai was a Project Manager and Senior Analyst for a leading transportation and logistics company, where he was responsible for managing and developing a comprehensive portfolio of applications comprising Route Management systems and Product Scanning and tracking. Mai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Technology.

John Haak - Business Unit General Manager
Mr. Haak is responsible for managing, developing and supporting the company’s products and services as it relates to air shows, car shows, boat shows and racing of all kinds.
John brings to ExtremeTix nearly 30 years of hands-on, senior management experience in sales and product development for some of the nation’s largest corporations. Haak has supervised the successful ticketing offerings at over 700 Motorsports events for ExtremeTix. His proven technical, sales and managerial skills make him a key player on the ExtremeTix Senior Management Team.
Prior to joining ExtremeTix in 2003, Haak spent over 17 years with Pitney Bowes, where he was responsible for managing and developing sales training and strategies for new products. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion with a double major in Biblical Languages.

Clint Cobb - Business Unit General Manager
Clint heads up a Business Unit within the ExtremeTix sales organization and is responsible for growing specific market segments for the company. His team’s focus is on new client acquisition as well as growing profitability for existing ExtremeTix clients. Clint provides a wealth of employee development and accountability skills to the organization and Senior Management Team as one of the inaugural members of the company.
Clint brings over seventeen (17) years of experience in the ticketing and event industry, the last eleven (11) with ExtremeTix dating back to the roll out of the company’s services as a key contributor the growth of the organization. Prior to joining ExtremeTix, Clint was the Ticket Sales Manager for the Houston Rockets of the NBA. He began his career in Event/Tournament Services with IMG. His background extends to sales team management, ticketing operations, and solution based sales with a strong and dedicated customer service mentality. Mr. Cobb holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

Amy Pelzl - Marketing and Client Services Director
Amy Pelzl leads ExtremeTix, Inc.’s Marketing and Client Services Group utilizing her 29 years of ticketing experience and knowledge of the ExtremeTix system to help clients sell more tickets. Amy is active with the International Ticketing Association (INTIX) and the Greater Houston Area Ticketing Association (GHATA) and is always networking to keep up with the latest trends and topics for the ticketing industry, social media and marketing in general.
Prior to joining ExtremeTix in 2008 as an Account Manager, Amy spent 10 years at Texas A&M University as the Box Office Manager for Reed Arena and with the 12th Man Foundation in a busy Collegiate Ticket Office. She also was the Ticket Manager for the Houston Aeros in their attendance record setting inaugural Season and three subsequent seasons. At the start of her career Amy worked for Ticketmaster for 10 years in the Houston market as a Client Representative and Event Programmer for many of their larger clients including The Astrodome, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Houston Rockets, Pace Concerts and Broadway Across America to name a few.
