Charly Garrett – President, Board Member

Charly Garrett graduated from Sheridan College in 1973. He is a senior executive and information management professional with 35 years experience in information technology, including over 20 years in senior management roles. He has extensive experience in all facets of information technology management, operations, and development and has operated in both smaller, emerging companies and large highly structured environments. He has planned and managed several nationwide software and hardware conversion projects and major restructuring initiatives. He has a proven track record, developed through the implementation of a wide variety of systems solutions using multi-vendor hardware and software platforms. Charles has also successfully built best in class, information technology teams.

Before joining ExtremeTix, Garrett participated in the successful sale of an online direct marketing start-up to a major publicly traded Internet company.

Prior, Garrett was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of a large International service company. He had full responsibility for all aspects of information and communications technology. His primary focus had been the consolidation of more than seventy-five small business units that were acquired, but their technology was not integrated. He formulated and implemented a strategic vision of creating a single National technology platform across all geographic locations and lines of business.

Previously, Garrett served as National Director of Information Technology for Pepsi-Cola Canada, responsible for all aspects of information processing nationwide. His focus was on strategic planning, high-level project management, customer and user negotiations, overseeing day-to-day operations and effectiveness of the Information Technology group, which supported two thousand users of various computer technologies in forty locations across the country. He also built a centralized data processing facility, implemented an electronic document management system, and co-designed and managed the consolidation of six finance-processing facilities into one central finance office. He also implemented innovative telecommunication and software technology in support of his company’s strong commitment to telemarketing.


 

 

 

 

Brent Currier – Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Brent Currier is a senior sales and marketing executive that brings to ExtremeTix over 24 years of experience within a wide range of industries with companies ranging from Fortune 100 to start ups. He has demonstrated expertise in all phases of sales management, organizational development, brand and market management, strategic alliances and strategy development. During his career, he has led several national sales and marketing organizations to significant performance improvements through the implementation of disciplined approaches to strategy development and market execution.

Since 2000, Currier has held senior roles with two emerging technology services companies helping each establish leadership positions in their respective markets.

Prior, Currier was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Corporate Express, a large international transportation and logistics company where he was responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. He has also held senior management roles with General Cigar, E.J. Brach, Polaroid and Procter & Gamble.

Currier holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida with majors in both Finance and Economics. He holds Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses with FINRA.


 

 

 

 

Keith Rudy – Chief Financial Officer

Keith Rudy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience and a proven track record in small to medium sized organizations. He has provided financial and management leadership with direct P&L responsibility and worked as part of executive teams to develop and implement strategies for raising capital from public and private sources. Specifically, this includes:

• Initial public offerings
• Private placements
• Mergers

Rudy has managed organizations to successfully increase sales and streamline operations. He has led $20 million operations in professional and technical services companies, including his assignment as head of Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regional operations for a leading Internet systems integrator. In his role as a regional director of operations, Rudy was responsible for all aspects of our P&L including sales leadership, financial and cost management, human resource development and key account management.He has developed national practices for professional services organizations. These included service offerings to exploit new technologies for deploying large-scale enterprise resource planning software packages using emerging Internet technologies. Rudy successfully led a team that supported a well-known package delivery company with efforts to deploy PeopleSoft to 140,000 employees worldwide.As Chief Financial officer of ExtremeTix, Inc, he is responsible for:

  • Accounting and financial reporting
  • Customer proceeds settlement
  • Merchant services operations
  • Office facilities and administration
  • Payroll
  • Human resources

Mr. Rudy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA.


 

 

 

 

Tony DiCamillo - Vice President of Operations

Tony DiCamillo leads ExtremeTix, Inc.’s Account Management and Customer Service Teams.

With a strong background in Management and Ticket Operations, DiCamillo is responsible for executing operational objectives, building client relationships and for overall success of our ticketed events. He has extensive experience implementing customer care and quality control processes that are critical to client satisfaction. As a result, ExtremetTix’s client renewal rate is consistently at or above 96%.

DiCamillo has played an instrumental part in initial design and implementation of ExtremeTix’s Venue Sales Tracking Reports and creation of QuikTix, Extremetix’s Box Office-POS application. Part of his ongoing role is to identify and communicate customer needs as they relate to new system enhancements.

Previously, DiCamillo held similar positions with the Houston Rockets and SMG venue management group accumulating over 13 years of related experience.

DiCamillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is an active member of The International Ticketing Association and The Greater Houston Area Ticketing Association.     

 

 

 

 

 


Vinh Mai - Vice President of Information Technology

As Vice President of Information Technology, Vinh is responsible for development, delivery and supporting, all technology components of the company’s products and services.  He is tasked with providing industry best operational service levels, product innovation, system & data security and development of client and consumer centric systems.   

Vinh brings to ExtremeTix nearly 20 years of hands-on and senior management experience in Technology including a myriad successful major projects and key initiatives.  Mai’s experiences span a broad range of disciplines, including software development methodologies, project & performance management, data modeling, and data/application architecture.  Key areas of expertise include; network infrastructure, multi-tier architectures, systems security, mobile technology and data encryption.  Proven technical, administrative and managerial skills make Vinh a key player on the ExtremeTix Senior Management Team.

Prior to joining ExtremeTix in 2001, Mai was a Project Manager and Senior Analyst for a leading transportation and logistics company, where he was responsible for managing and developing a comprehensive portfolio of applications comprising Route Management systems and Product Scanning and tracking.

Mai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Technology.

        

 

 

 

 

 

Deven Nongbri - Vice President of Marketing

Deven Nongbri serves as Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for acquisition, retention, branding and product development efforts for ExtremeTix. He brings over 15 years of high-level marketing, communications and international experience from Fortune 50 companies to the ExtremeTix management team.

 

Most recently, Nongbri helped form the online innovations team within the global marketing group at Dell and co-developed several next generation social and e-commerce applications.

 

Prior to his tenure at Dell, Nongbri founded his own brand strategy and marketing consultancy, working with a number of technology firms, professional sports organizations and their marketing agencies. Before starting that company, Nongbri built out the interactive, database and new media practices at the San Antonio Spurs and helped establish social media guidelines the leagues use with professional athletes and team front offices today.

 

Nongbri also spent a number of years at AT&T, Johnson & Johnson and Sara Lee in management roles in strategic planning, marketing, corporate communications and business operations.  Nongbri guest lectures in the business administration department at Trinity University in San Antonio, is a requested speaker on advertising, marketing and technology subjects and an adviser to a couple of technology and professional sports start-ups.

Ed Morrell – Managing Director, Three Zebras Entertainment

Ed heads up ExtremeTix’s Three Zebras Entertainment group and is responsible for growing the event services business for the company. His team’s focus is growing profitability for venues and arenas through venue advocacy, programming assistance, operational efficiencies, networking and putting other industry best practices into place for clients.

Ed brings over three decades of experience in everything from event and venue management to talent, tour booking, promoting and co-promoting top tier acts around the globe, most recently with Live-360 and LiveNation.  His expertise extends to facility and venue development and planning, public facility management, brand and market development, producing and directing live shows and programs, tour management and large event production and promotion.

Moreover, Ed brings a wealth of employee development and accountability skills to the table as a seasoned GM and his extensive relationships in the entertainment and facilities industry have solidified his place as an expert in this space. In addition, Ed has consulted and been a talent buyer in the casino industry for over 15 years, booking and programming numerous properties around the globe.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

 

 

 

 

 


Michael Patrick - Vice President and Managing Director, The Venue Alliance

As Managing Director of The Venue Alliance, Michael Patrick is responsible for acquisition of new member venues and coordinating all aspects of The Venue Alliance program. The Venue Alliance is a member-only organization providing venues with a coordinated program of advocacy, best practice sharing and entertainment programming, ensuring its members book more events and earn a greater share of the revenue on every event.

Mr. Patrick has spent the last 20 years in the technology and ticketing business and has been with ExtremeTix since its early days. As an integral part of ExtremeTix’ growth over the years, he is now dedicated to growing and leading The Venue Alliance. His expertise in ticketing has also been recognized with invitations to speak at industry conferences such as the International Ticketing Association, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, World Waterpark Association, International Council of Air Shows, International Fairs and Events Association and many others. Mr. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
