Houston, TX (January 13, 2012) – ExtremeTix, a top-tier provider of ticketing and event services for the venue industry, announced a pair of appointments to the sales organization today with the additions of industry veterans Scott Sloyer and Josh Klein.

In his new role as Director of Sales for Venues and Arenas, Sloyer is responsible for introducing The Venue Alliance, an advocacy organization for mid-market venues, and bringing those members on board as ticketing clients for ExtremeTix. Sloyer brings almost a decade of venue-specific ticketing experience to the team from Paciolan and tickets.com and worked with some of the top venues in the country including the Pepsi Center, Fleet Arena and the American Airlines Center. 

Klein comes on board as Director of Sales for the Northeast Region. Based out of New York City, Klein will be responsible for managing our growing ticketing business from Pennsylvania to Maine. Klein brings over 25 years of sports, ticketing, theatre and entertainment sales and marketing experience to the table with executive and consulting roles in the USFL, MISL and MLL, and at Ticketmaster, OvationTix and TheaterMania.
